Kalikesh Narayan Singh Deo (Oriya: କଲିକେଶ୍ ନାରାୟଣ ସିଂ ଦେଓ; born 26 May 1974) is an Indian politician from Orissa and a leader of the Biju Janata Dal political party.
He hails from the royal family of Bolangir. Before M.P. he was the youngest member of Orissa assembly from saintala constituency which was held previously by congress. Currently, he is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha representing Bolangir constituency in Orissa. He was a member of the Public Accounts Committee and Energy Committee. He was the youngest member of the House at the time of his election in 2004, which he won from Saintala Assembly Constituency which was previously held by the Indian National Congress. He attended the Doon School, Dehradun and graduated in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University. He represented India in shooting and basketball. He is currently the BJD Bolangir District President.He is also a well economist.
His speech on home was very well received and he has featured as asking the most questions in parliament. However, his party (BJD) has been criticized for not taking enough initiative to establish a proposed private medical college in Balangir and ESI medical college in Balangir.[1][2]

He is also known as the "Patanagarh Prince" due to his royal background. His political pedigree stems from his high profile Minister father Ananga Udaya Singh Deo, and great grandfather Rajendra Narayan Singh Deo - the former Chief Minister of Orissa.
Kalikesh is widely reported to have had a love affair with Bollywood actress Raima Sen. Kalikesh is married to Meghna Rajya Laxmi Rana on 5 December 2008.
